Monday. Need I say more?
They really don’t have to be so bad. There are a great deal of delightful things to enjoy today (Monday), and for the rest of the week.
I am actually very happy to start a new week. I had a good weekend, and I’ve been very positive and grateful for the things in my life. Sometimes I forget to do so.
So here are just a few things to get your Monday going, and your week started on a good foot.

I have been reading I am Malala, by Christina Lamb and Malala Yousafzai, this past week. I received two copies as gifts, and I am happy I did because I can’t wait to share this book. I just started, but it has been a great read thus far. If you are looking for a new read, try and pick up a copy!
Definitely going to try this sometime this week Creamy Garlic Roasted Red Pepper Pasta. Cooking a great homemade meal is something to look forward to in the middle of the week. Grab some company and cook together!
I have been working on a bucket list lately, and it has been fun thinking of new things I want to try and accomplish. Try writing down a few things this week that you want to accomplish. It could be anything from skydiving to accomplishing the perfect chocolate chip cookie (food is always on my mind).
