It provides more of a fixed energy boost, rather than a jittery driven boost.
All you need is a blender, fresh brewed coffee, and coconut oil. Add the coffee and one tablespoon of coconut oil into your blender, and blend for about 25-30 seconds. Put a few ice cubes in your blender if you want more of a frappuccino drink.
Once blended, the coconut oil gives your coffee a lighter color and a frothy consistency.
