A Few Hours in Richmond, VA

Over the weekend I spent a few hours in Richmond, Virginia. There is so much beauty and history in Richmond, I was in complete bliss. Although it was a quick stop, I thought I’d share the experience.

We went to this adorable juice bar, called North End Juice Co. in the Museum District. I ordered an Acai bowl, which was topped with almond butter, bananas, blueberries, and granola. It definitely was a healthy way to jump start the day.

The Daily was a restaurant offering a variety of items, and I chose it specifically because they offer a great deal of vegan and vegetarian options. Their burrito bowl, which is what I ordered, was bursting with flavor.

I wish we had more time to explore and enjoy Richmond, but the short time I was there I enjoyed immensely. There is a wonderful culture in the city, with beautiful treelined streets and really cool places to eat.
